A 24/7 gym designed for real life
Access the gym any time of day or night. The membership includes a personal access code usable 24/7. The facilities are continuously maintained to ensure a clean, functional, and safe environment.
High-level powerlifting and bodybuilding equipment
The equipment includes Olympic bars, calibrated weight plates, lifting platforms, and competition racks. Each station has been selected to allow for effective and safe practice of the three fundamental movements: squat, bench press, and deadlift.
Private coaching and follow-up
from a distance
Certified coaches support members on-site or online. Each program is tailored to the athlete's level, goals, and availability.
The monitoring includes assessment, technical progress and planning of training cycles.
